Ok, so this is for

's little contest.
She wants to learn how to draw Chibi-esq art.
... or make better chibi art... Anywho! Hope it helps.
I decided to do this with Crim Asturn, since my The Adventure comic is mostly Pseudo Chibis.
Here's the breakdown!
1; Begin with a basic circle with two curved lines like you would any human character
2; Draw an oval to outline the shoulders, two circles to indicate where the shoulders are, and a neck
3; Draw a circle for the hips and two lines to show the torso. If it's a female character make the front line more of a slight "s" shape
4; Like with the shoulders, add two circles to show where the legs connect with the hips (they may intersect)
5; Draw circles to indicate where the elbows, hands, knees, and feet should be.
6; Draw lines to connect each circle to the corresponding circles of the limbs.
7; Erase any excess lines.
8; Draw a quick sword. (this may be partially erased so I wouldn't recommend using a ruler now)
9; Add a point to the chin, clothing/armor to body, and fix any limbs that aren't covered.
10; Erase excess lines, add wrinkles to clothing, and take a ruler to the sword.
> Now we start on Crim's head, but if you aren't drawing Crim, use the curved lines on the head to add your own face.
11; Below the horizontal line, draw the bottom half of Crim's bandages, and draw a slight Diagonal line for the right side of his bandages.
12; Draw the various wrappings of the bandages, and his eye, which is a half circle with heavy shadow on the bottom.
13; Add his messy hair and erase any excess lines (again!).
14; Ink and you're done!

Easy huh?
That's about all there is to drawing any The Adventure character, with some minor (and/or major) changes of course.
